How do you keep the Lotus clean?
This mat is so easy to clean. Simply use a spray bottle with warm water and a few drops of liquid dish soap to spray your mat. Use a cloth to gently scrub the mat and dry it with a clean towel.

What is the Lotus made of?
The Lotus is made with a TPE rubber foam base for comfort and stability, as well as an acrylic panel in the center to ensure compatibility with all suction cup toys. You can find sizing and other details on the product pages.

We offer free, same-day shipping to anywhere in the United States.
Can I return or replace my Lotus?
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused in the original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. If you received a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss replacement options.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. Shipping may take up to one week after your order has left our warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Regular shipping is FREE!
We do, however, offer expedited options through UPS and USPS.
